saner-yuzsuren-1Saner Yuzsuren was born and bred in Istanbul and got his B.A. degree in English Language Teaching (ELT) from Marmara University, Istanbul

He completed his postgraduate studies in Business Management at Institute of Commercial Management, part of London City College. Later on, he also got his M.A. Degree in Hospitality Management from the Faculty of Economics of Istanbul University with the thesis subject of ‘’The Role of Front Office in Hotel Management’’.

As for his professional life; Saner Yuzsuren started his career in hospitality sector and worked in Front Office department of Pullman Etap Istanbul hotel for six years during his university education. He then continued in this sector working at Crest Group, Bournemouth, UK, Sheraton Istanbul (Management Trainee) and developed his Management and Operational excellence skills leading him to be the IT Manager and member of the Executive Management Team of Sheraton Voyager Antalya and Conrad Hilton Hotel Istanbul during their opening stages.Later on he worked in various executive positions at Reuters Istanbul office mainly in Sales, Project Management and Business Development departments.

He was then offered to be the Managing Director and set up the Turkish operations of Sykes’ Enterprises, (a NASDAQ company) providing outsourced Customer Contact and Business Process services. He set up the Turkish operations, recruited and led a 75- staff company.

In his last professional job in 2005, he was the Commercial Vice President of Fenerbahce Sports Club, responsible of Technology and Business Development. He led and introduced the Taraftar Card (first CRM Project ever in Turkish Football Industry).

Lastly in 2007, he decided to work independently and started his own business providing private language services. His services are mainly focused in Turkish and Turkish Culture for Foreign Executives and Business English for Turkish Business World.

His business skills include People’s Management, Project Management, Start-up and Operational Excellence, General Management with full P&L responsibility, Financial Reporting and Control, Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Operations functions , Diversified Sectors Experience – (Hospitality, IT, Mobile Telephony, Telecom, Financial Markets and Banking), Key Account Management
